Cider Summit returns to Chicago’s Navy Pier (600 E. Grand Avenue, Chicago, IL 60611) for their 11th annual festival with a brand new spot at the Lakeview Terrace room on the 2nd floor, which actually happens to be their original location! The region’s largest cider tasting will be featuring approximately 150 ciders, cider cocktails, and fruit spirits. Team Gregula is hex-cited to be sampling various libations again in order to give our revealing recommendations to all our riveted readers.
Cider Summit Chicago is happening on Saturday, February 8, 2025 from 2:00PM-6:00PM (VIP entry is at 1:00PM) and is presented by Binny’s Beverage Depot. Additional support comes from The Northman Cider Company, Louis Glunz Beer, Brown-Forman, and Chicago Cider Week. Media partners include Sip Magazine and WBEZ. Pre-Opening Cider-Cheese-Charcuterie Tasting:
Chicago Cheesemonger Alisha Norris Jones will guide attendees through 4 curated pairings of artisanal ciders with regionally produced cheese and charcuterie. Taking place prior to festival opening from 12:00PM-1:00PM. Limited to 72 participants. Attendees must purchase a separate VIP or General Admission festival ticket to access the Pre-Opening Tasting.

3:30 p.m. at the event. Preliminary competition will be at Eris Brewery & Cider House on February 6 from 6-8 p.m.
General admission tickets are $40 (plus tax + fees) per ticket and include a souvenir tasting glass, 12 tasting tickets, and a $1 donation to Women Employed.
VIP Tickets (limited quantity) are $49.99 (plus taxes + fees) per ticket and include express admission to the event, a souvenir tasting glass, 16 tasting tickets, and a $2 donation to Women Employed.

Pre-Opening Tasting (only available with an event ticket purchase) is $35 (plus taxes + fees) per ticket, admission at 12 p.m. for pre-opening guided cider-cheese-charcuterie tasting.
Please note: All tickets must be purchased in advance online. Ticket sales will end at 11:59PM CST on February 7, 2025. Strictly 21 and over only – no babies/toddlers are allowed! The event ends at 6:00PM. Last call at 5:45PM.
