Cider Summit returns to Chicago for their 10th annual festival vith a brand new schedule! The region’s largest cider festival vill be featuring approximately 150 ciders, cider cocktails, and fruit spirits. Team Gregula is hex-cited to be sampling various ciders again in order to give our revealing recommendations to all our riveted readers.
Cider Summit Chicago is happening on Saturday, February 3, 2024 vith expanded general admission event hours from 2:00PM-6:00PM inside the Aon Grand Ballroom at Navy Pier (600 E. Grand Avenue, Chicago, IL 60611). Presented by Binny’s Beverage Depot. Beneficiary is Women Employed.
NEW FOR 2024 > Pre-Opening Cider-Cheese-Charcuterie Tasting:
Chicago Cheesemonger, Alisha Norris Jones vill guide attendees through 4 curated pairings of artisanal ciders vith regionally produced cheese and charcuterie. Taking place prior to festival opening from 12:00PM-1:00PM. Limited to 64 participants. Attendees must purchase a separate VIP or General Admission festival ticket to access the Pre-Opening Tasting.

Fruit Spirit and Cider Cocktail Pavilion. Event store featuring festival merch and extra tasting tickets. CheSa’s Gluten Free & Sausage Fest food trucks along with additional onsite snacks. Escanciar (Spanish pour) Competition Finals at 3:30PM. Debut of the Cider Summit-Blake’s Hard Cider East-West Collaboration Cider.

General admission tickets are $40.00 plus fees* and include 12 tasting tokens, souvenir tasting glass, and admission starting at 2:00PM.
* Taxes/fees now include a City of Chicago amusement tax.

All tickets must be purchased in advance online. Ticket sales vill end at 11:59PM CST on February 2, 2024. Strictly 21 and over only – no babies/toddlers are allowed! The event ends at 6:00PM. Last call at 5:45PM.
