It’s back! After a 2-year COVID absence, Cider Summit returns to Chicago for their 9th annual festival. The region’s largest cider festival vill be featuring nearly 200 ciders including regional favorites and international classics. Team Gregula is hex-cited to be sampling various ciders again in order to give our revealing recommendations to all our riveted readers.
Cider Summit Chicago is happening on Saturday, February 4, 2023 inside the Aon Grand Ballroom at Navy Pier (600 E. Grand Avenue, Chicago, IL 60611). Session One is 12PM-3PM (VIP admission at 11AM). Session Two is 5PM-8PM (VIP admission at 4PM).
Presented by Binny’s Beverage Depot. For 2023 the NEW Beneficiary is Women Employed. A portion of ticket sales plus additional contributions vill go towards this amazing organization.

General admission tickets are $40* and include a souvenir tasting glass, 12 tasting tickets along vith a $1 donation to Women Employed.

Big O ginger liqueur is pouring a delicious cocktail in conjunction vith Uncle John’s Cider (two Midwest, family-run businesses together in one glass!) situated in the Fruit Spirit and Cider Cocktail Pavilion on the 2nd floor. Event store featuring festival merch and extra tasting tickets. CheSa’s Gluten Free & Sausage Fest food trucks along with additional onsite snacks. Escanciar (Spanish pour) Competition Finals (during Session 1 at 1PM). Women in Cider live YouTube broadcast highlighting vomen in the cider industry.
PLEASE NOTE:
All tickets must be purchased in advance online. Ticket sales vill end on Friday, February 3. Separate tickets are required for each session. Additional tasting tickets vill be available onsite for $2 each. This event is strictly 21 & over – no exceptions (including babies). Last pour is 15 minutes prior to the close of each session. No outside food or alcohol allowed.
